Safety
In case of fire
We are very concerned about the safety of our guests and employees. Therefore, our alarm system is up to the newest standards. The possibility of a fire spreading is small. In case of a fire, you will hear a siren. Please leave your room and follow the green emergency signs to the next staircase. Please do not use the elevator. Stay calm.
Sammelstelle: Please go to the Restaurant Del Gusto, diagonally opposite the hotel entrance.
Ironing
For safety reasons, as enforced by the local Fire Brigade, ironing in the rooms is strictly forbidden!
We are happy to lend you an iron at the front desk. You may use the ironing board in the staircase on the left as you come out of the elevator on the 3rd floor. Please bring the iron back as soon as you have finished with it, to enable other guests to use it.

Breakfast
Monday – Friday from 6.30 am to 10.00 o’clock
on the weekend from 7.00am to 10.00 o’clock
The breakfast room is in the basement, minus 1.
Check-out
Latest 11 am. You can store your luggage with us, should you wish to collect it later that day.
Parking
On request, we will be happy to reserve a parking space for you in our underground garage or on the hotel driveway at CHF 20.00 per night.

You can reach most of the sightseeing points on foot. We are more than happy to give you further information at the desk..
Bern Ticket
With every booking you will receive Bern tickets for all guests to travel on public transport. The tickets are valid on the entire network in Bern and the surrounding area 100/101.Also, for the trip to Belp Airport, the Gurtenbahn and the Marzilibahn. The tickets are valid for your entire stay, for as many journeys as you like.
To get started, download the app "Bern Welcome" from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and enter your reservation number from the email you receive from us a few days before your arrival. Alternatively, your reservation confirmation also serves as a ticket from Bern station to us (Viktoriaplatz stop) with tram no. 9.

Tapwater
You can drink the tap water without hesitation. You will find a bottle of free mineral water in the small fridge in your room.
Or you can buy drinks in the lobby.

In the hotel lobby, various drinks and snacks are available in the refrigerator. We also have a small selection of toiletries. You can pay for the drinks, snacks and toiletries in cash at reception or, if you wish, we will be happy to add them to your room bill.
